    Laboratory Assistant

    JOB PURPOSE:

    • Assist technical and non-technical staff in performing laboratory functions and cleaning duties within the laboratory. Also collect samples from various wastewater treatment works.

    SELECTION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POST:

    • Grade 12 with mathematics and science or NQF Level 3 in water or wastewater treatment

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

    • Code B driver’s license

    EXPERIENCE:

    • 1 year experience in water or wastewater laboratory environment
