Minium 3 to 5 years of experience as a landscape installation manager
Expertise and practical experience in horticulture will be beneficial.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and supervision to employees during landscape installations.
Ensure projects operate smoothly within allocated budgets, following procurement and landscape architect guidance.
Collaborate closely with clients and contractors.
Prepare progress reports and track work progress.
Represent the company at various site and contractors' meetings.
Plan and execute projects, ensuring compliance with SALI minimum landscaping standards.
Assist in maintaining accurate records on inventory, weather data, maintenance procedures, pesticide applications, company policies, environmental policies, etc.
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
