    Tax Manager (Gauteng, JHB - Northern Suburbs)

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Valid Drivers’ Licence and vehicle.
    • Possession of a Degree, preferably with a focus on Accounting and/or Tax.
    • Beneficial: Completion of a Post- Graduate Degree in Tax.
    • Proven experience in tax within an accounting or audit firm.
    • Proficiency in tax administration, including the preparation and submission of income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and other entities.
    • Demonstrated expertise in handling SARS disputes, objections, remission of penalties, and related matters.

     Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate proficiency in tax management gained through practical experience within the tax domain of an accounting/audit firm.
    • Spearhead tax administration processes, exhibiting expertise in the preparation and submission of income tax returns for diverse entities such as individuals, companies, trusts, and other organisational bodies.
    • Manage and resolve intricacies related to SARS, including disputes, objections, remission of penalties, and other pertinent matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Facilitate effective communication with clients and regulatory authorities, fostering strong professional relationships and ensuring clarity on tax-related issues.
    • Take charge of the appointment of representative officers and facilitate seamless changes to bank details at SARS, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and compliance with procedural requirements.

    Accounts Clerk (Gauteng, JHB - Southern Suburbs)

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric.
    • Beneficial: Relevant Bookkeeping or Financial qualification.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.
    • Own vehicle and Valid Driver’s License.
    • Familiarity with fundamental accounting procedures.
    • Beneficial: Knowledge or previous exposure of QuickBooks. 

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Provide reporting to both the Head of Finance and General Manager.

    • Reconcile and process Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and Goods Returned Vouchers (GRVs) on online accounts.
    • Create and manage spreadsheets to organize financial data.
    • Handle daily email correspondence, both sending and responding.
    • Manage invoicing and reconciliation tasks for various departments.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
    • Organize, sort, and tabulate codes while efficiently filing data.
    • Sort credit card slips and match them with corresponding bank statements.
    • Assist in the Point of Sale (POS) system and oversee Debtors accounts.
    • Support the online department by providing updates on cost prices and stock balances.

    Admin / Design Assistant

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric.
    • Own transport and Valid Driver’s License.
    • 6+ month experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar capacity.
    • Working experience with:

    • Generate and present detailed weekly/monthly sales reports for different online platforms.
    • Create comprehensive product spreadsheets with requisite information for each item.
    • Provide valuable support to the design department as needed.

    Landscape Installation Manager

    Minium Requirements:

    • High School (Matric) education is required.
    • Possessing a Degree or Certification in project and/or construction management or a related field provides a valuable advantage.
    • Vehicle and valid Driver’s License.
    • Minium 3 to 5 years of experience as a landscape installation manager
    • Expertise and practical experience in horticulture will be beneficial.

     Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide guidance and supervision to employees during landscape installations.
    • Ensure projects operate smoothly within allocated budgets, following procurement and landscape architect guidance.
    • Collaborate closely with clients and contractors.
    • Prepare progress reports and track work progress.
    • Represent the company at various site and contractors' meetings.
    • Plan and execute projects, ensuring compliance with SALI minimum landscaping standards.
    • Assist in maintaining accurate records on inventory, weather data, maintenance procedures, pesticide applications, company policies, environmental policies, etc.
    • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
