    Specialist ERP Human Resources (HR) - Johannesburg

    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    This role is a permanent full-time position.

    • Specialist ERP Human Resources (HR) is one of several that act as the end-to-end Functional and Technical custodian of the applicable ERP product suite.  With a customer success centric mindset, the Specialist ERP (HR) will oversee and manage all execution within the platform for their domain of accountability.

    Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

    •  Contribute to the development of the ERP Platform SuccessFactors/HCM Roadmap and Technology Plans;
    •  Assist with identifying areas of cost and productivity improvement and contribute ideas to the planning process;
    •  Assist with the establishment and governance of the ERP Platform practices and processes in collaboration with suppliers and the broader Platform Teams;
    •  Ensure effective and efficient delivery of ERP HR services and solutions to the Functions and Operations and take responsibility for the support of all applicable ERP activities;
    •  Ensure interactions for both producers and consumers of ERP SuccessFactors/HCM services are clearly articulated and adhered to;
    •  Ensure service level requirements of the ERP Platform are clearly articulated and managed;
    •  Manage and monitor SuccessFactors/HCM activities including incidents, change requests and escalations;
    •  Maintain a strong awareness of business processes that the ERP HR Platform supports and seek to continuously collaborate with Business representatives improve the processes while minimising disruption. 

    ABOUT YOU:

    You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

    •  Demonstrated experience in forming and maintaining SuccessFactors/HCM ERP practices, framework and processes;
    •  Knowledgeable around SuccessFactors/HCM with proven experience (more than 5 years);
    •  Deep technical skills and knowledge of FI/CO ERP practices and lifecycle (more than 5 years of experience);
    •  Ability to strike a balance between customer needs and technical capability;
    •  Strong experience of working alongside vendors. 

    Qualifications for this role are:

    •  Degree or equal relevant qualification (BTech, Degree etc) and Relevant certification (SAP HR Certification);
    •       Relevant certification (SAP / ERP Certification).

    Supervisor Instrumentation - Richards Bay

    ABOUT THE ROLE:
    This role is a permanent full-time position.

    •  As a Supervisor Instrumentation, you will be responsible to lead a team of instrument artisans and be responsible for the execution of Work Management and supervise work execution, inspections, and observations in a safe and sustainable manner. This position will report to the Technical Support Superintendent Process Control & Automation within the maintenance department.

    Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

    •  Supervise activities of the Instrument team according to company procedures and schedules and ensure that all work objectives are safely achieved;
    •  Critical to this role is achieving the agreed KPI’s for instrumentation equipment in the plant;
    •  The OHSACT and the company’s HSEQ and quality standards to be adhered to with no compromise;
    •  A key focus area is to ensure maximum plant availability and operational stability through pro-active management interventions to improve equipment performance;
    •  Have a clear understanding of maintenance and calibration schedules that will contribute towards safe and successful work execution;
    •  Ensuring effective execution of all maintenance activities during outages and handing over the equipment to production timeously for plant start-ups;
    •  Management and development of the instrument team in such a way to ensure a positive IR climate;
    •  Continuous engagement with plant stakeholders to ensure instrument maintenance and calibration schedules are valid and adhered to.

    ABOUT YOU:
    You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

    •  A minimum of 5 years instrumentation or automation experience is essential of which at least 1 year must have been in a supervisory capacity;
    •  Experience in Allen Bradley PLC systems and programming, ABB Robotics and Wonderware SCADA systems development is critical to this position;
    •  Knowledge on CCTV systems would be advantageous;
    •  Be prepared to work shifts if needed and perform standby duties from time to time as required by the organization;
    •  Computer literacy (MS Office).

    Qualifications for this role are:

    •   N6 National Diploma with a recognized instrument trade test OR a T3/S4 in an Engineering field.
