Description

• Timeous Delivery Execution.
• Safe execution of the deliveries.
• Assist customers in offloading the vehicle.
• Execute the offloading coordination.
• Ensure Vehicle Compliance.
• Complete full vehicle inspection sheet daily before departing from Magazines.
• Execute Proof of Delivery.
• Ensure proof of delivery is returned to the Administration office for customer invoicing.
• Production Planning.
• Check that there are no Loading Errors.
• Three-way check of delivery notes, delivery note vs freight summary vs customer order vs available stock done by three individuals.
• Check General appearance of delivery notes.
• Ensure Full Order On Time.
• Manage work attendance.
• Manage overtime to not exceed prescribed hours.
• Ensure safety takes priority in all day-to-day activities.
• Responsible for Vegetation Control in the magazine area.

Requirements

• Grade 12 (must).
• Driver’s License CODE EC (must).
• Professional driving permit code “D” (must)
• Minimum 2+ years of Driving explosives vehicle (must).

Advantageous

• Magazine Master Certificate CIE.
• Warehousing experience.
