This position leads a small team of specialists in the Client Engagement department in Capitec, to analyse, understand and influence over 18 million Capitec clients through effective omnichannel communication. It reports to the Client Engagement manager and contributes to the overall Client Engagement and Marketing Strategy.
Growth opportunities include exposure and direct engagement with the rest of the marketing, data and digital functions and key operations teams in the company as well as relevant training and development in the role. Lateral moves and internal promotions within the department and company are encouraged which can create exciting prospects.
