Learnership: Civil & Building Construction at Tsebo Solution

• Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for a Civil & Building Construction learner to provide them with workplace learning and practical exposure in basic civil and building constrution, leading to a nationally recognised qualification.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Participate in a structured learnership programme (theoretical and practical)
• Assist with basic electrical and mechanical handyman tasks under supervision
• Follow health, safety, and workplace procedures
• Complete required records and learning documentation
• Work effectively as part of a facilities team
• Communicate clearly and professionally in the workplace

Skills and Competencies    

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Basic communication and administration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and professionalism

Qualifications    

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Aged 18–35 years
• South African citizen with valid ID
• Unemployed at the time of appointment
