About the Job
- Recruiting for a Learning and Development/Talent Development experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/Development/ Business Administration or related.
Required Experience:
- At least 3 – 5 years Learning and Development/ Talent Development experience, facilitating learning delivery,monitoring and execution of the internship programme
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the implementation and monitoring of internship and Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme.
- Assist with the development and submission of approved Workplace Skills Plan (WSP)
- Programme & annual Training Plan
- An in-depth understanding and application of B-BBEE
- Liaising with the relevant SETA/QCTO to maximise the benefits of partnerships/relationships;
- Compile regular and Ad hoc management reports.
