Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, this multifaceted role crosses all levels of organizational development and is responsible for improving overall organizational efficiency & effectiveness through identifying, designing and delivering appropriate interventions as well as providing relevant analysis pre and post intervention. To provide an advisory/ consultancy type function to the business to ensure transfer of learning and optimization of employee potential in alignment to business strategy.
This role includes the following aspects: facilitating of change and learning at an individual, team, programme and organizational level. Partnering with the business to identify, implement and effectively manage people through all aspects of organizational change: structural, systems, people, strategies, culture, industry, legislative.
The role requires the candidate to be hands-on in developing and implementing people solutions. To maximise learning reach and effectiveness, different learning channels will be utilised including classroom and e-learning.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Degree in human resource management, psychology or similar
Management experience beneficial
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facilitation and training with at least 3 years’ experience in developing and running leadership programmes
Strong Facilitation and training skills
Strong fit and identification with our Culture
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
Researching, analysing, collating and presenting information in a meaningful manner
Planning and organising
Advanced MS Office skills
