Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, this multifaceted role crosses all levels of organizational development and is responsible for improving overall organizational efficiency & effectiveness through identifying, designing and delivering appropriate interventions as well as providing relevant analysis pre and post intervention. To provide an advisory/ consultancy type function to the business to ensure transfer of learning and optimization of employee potential in alignment to business strategy.

This role includes the following aspects: facilitating of change and learning at an individual, team, programme and organizational level. Partnering with the business to identify, implement and effectively manage people through all aspects of organizational change: structural, systems, people, strategies, culture, industry, legislative.

The role requires the candidate to be hands-on in developing and implementing people solutions. To maximise learning reach and effectiveness, different learning channels will be utilised including classroom and e-learning.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Degree in human resource management, psychology or similar                                                                                                                       

• Management experience beneficial

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facilitation and training with at least 3 years’ experience in developing and running leadership programmes                                                                                                              

• Strong Facilitation and training skills

• Strong fit and identification with our Culture                                       

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills

• Researching, analysing, collating and presenting information in a meaningful manner 

• Planning and organising                                                                        

• Advanced MS Office skills
