Learning Content Developer and Instructional Designer
Conduct research, collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, and benchmark learning solutions.
Stay current on best practices in learning technologies and instructional design.
Use Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. (ADDIE) and other instructional methods to design learning content.
Define learning objectives, create audio, visual, and interactive tools, write scripts for multimedia learning, and redesign content to meet learner needs.
Establish curriculum development committees, equip managers with future-identifying skills, and work with experts to identify training needs.
Develop digital learning course catalogues, manage online learning communities, monitor user adoption, and update digital platforms.
Use agile methodology to define, create, develop, and manage content.
Facilitate learning and development across multiple delivery mediums.
Engage stakeholders to understand business objectives, gain buy-in for learning solutions, and conduct feasibility and Return on Investment (ROI) reviews.
Produce quality reports on learning and development activities and present them in stakeholder engagement sessions.

Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences or equivalent qualification with 3 to 5 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Sound understanding of Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML). Knowledge of Photoshop and Microsoft Office software. Understanding of different authoring tools. Sound knowledge of graphic design and storyboarding. Experience with audio and video editing skills will be an added advantage.
