Are you a passionate trainer who thrives on developing people and driving performance? Our client is seeking an experienced Trainer to design and deliver engaging learning programmes that equip teams with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced financial services environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys facilitating both classroom and virtual training, collaborating with stakeholders, and making a measurable impact on employee performance across the country.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and deliver engaging training programmes for new and existing employees.
Facilitate both face-to-face and virtual training using a variety of learning platforms.
Create and update training manuals, learning materials and online resources.
Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programmes based on feedback and business needs.
Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching and ongoing support.
Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on training outcomes.
Partner with management to ensure learning initiatives align with business objectives.
Coordinate national travel and training schedules while managing training resources effectively.
Minimum Requirements
Senior Certificate (Matric).
ETDP Certificate or Diploma (essential).
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Trainer within financial services, microlending, sales, customer service or debt collection.
Experience developing and delivering e-learning content.
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.
Strong understanding of training assessment and evaluation methodologies.
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
