Role Responsibilities
Responsible to support the Learning Experience (LX), People & Leaders in developing and implementing on strategic skill, development and career plans.
Coaches’ leaders and teams on evolving practices and processes, aligned to culture, codes and strategic imperatives.
Learning curation, collaboration and partnering to develop and deliver exciting internal learning opportunities
Lead design, develop and implementation instructional design journey map (end-to-end independent and partnered approach) design for multi-delivery approach to learning offerings
Champions inclusive learning program approaches
Grows usage and specialist contribution towards Zutari’s online digital library and live events by way of upskilling and partnering with internal and external learning partners, developing and marketing ongoing user awareness of functionality.
Learning Management System (LMS) functional, reporting, and administrative functions to ensure accurate skills development reporting
Implements and facilitates internal learning programs such as Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion, Culture, Power skills etc.
Minimum Requirements
Appropriate tertiary qualification (Minimum)
Minimum of 5 years or more experience in Learning, and Development within a consulting environment at a corporate level with minimum of 2 years design experience working with Articulate Rise, and Storyline.
Accredited Coach in Leadership, and High Performance (advantageous)
Experience with Workday (People Management System) would be advantageous
Experience working with cloud-based tools such as OneNote, SharePoint, and MS Teams (advantageous)
Advanced Excel (Advantageous)
Excellent command of English
Skills, and Characteristics
Demonstrates exceptional skills in stakeholder management, project management, budget and commercial management, negotiation, and delegation.
Strong consulting and analytical skills and uses data to inform decision making.
Expert knowledge of latest trends in organisational learning and its alignment to strategy, at an international and local standard level.
Expert understanding of different delivery modalities (i.e., classroom, virtual, blended and self-directed delivery) and adult learning principles to ensure best design approach is applied in the scoping and design of the program.
