A postgraduate qualification at NQF Level 8 (Honours, Postgraduate Diploma or higher)
6 years’ relevant work experience, of which 3 years should be in managing a support team and application support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing the portfolio of educational technology applications provided to the UCT community (including the Brightspace LMS, Explorance Blue student feedback system, Opencast lecture capture system, Turnitin and a range of associated learning tools)
Managing the CILT Helpdesk and associated support and training services (5 to 10 staff)
