Lease Administrator - Cape Town

- Experience 1 - 2 years
- Location Western Cape
- City Cape Town
- Job Field Real Estate
Responsibilities:
- Read / comprehend contract documents and invoices
- Conduct data entry into relevant MRI software
- Flag items requiring additional information to follow up with client stakeholders
- Knowledge of MRI Occupier software is a plus
Experience:
- 1-2 years of related professional experience
- Experience reading and abstracting real estate leases
- Experience with MRI Occupier software is a plus but not essential (Horizon / Prolease / etc)
Skills:
- Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must, another European language is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and organization skills
- Customer service and team orientation with ability to adapt to changing environment
- Priority setting, organization, and time-management skills
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and technology applications
