RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with other members of the GDO team to support the development and delivery of key projects in service of the broader Global Delivery organization.

• Facilitate regular meetings and cross-team plan reviews while serving as a point for escalation to ensure a successful integration.

REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities: 

As an MRI Account Executive, you will be responsible for the following: 

• Driving and managing the entire sales process - targeting top prospects, identifying client solutions, building and maintaining customer relationships, performing software demonstrations, negotiating and closing opportunities within an assigned territory. 
• Generating new business by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, conducting market analysis, selling the company’s software and services offerings 
• Acting as an “industry expert”, consulting with prospective clients to provide assistance with their unique, critical business issues and strategic initiatives. 
• Conducting software demonstrations and promoting MRI at industry conferences and trade shows. 
• Working with the sales team to share ideas, knowledge and new business development strategies. 
• Achieving or exceeding sales quota. Grow and maintain an accurate pipeline to support assigned quota. 

Additional Tasks: 

• Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements. 
• Deliver sales presentations to prospects, including product demonstrations.

Requirements: 

• 3 or more years of software sales experience in business products or services, and managing a territory, with at least 4 years of strong work experience. 
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline or equivalent training in business or sales management, and 1-5 years of sales experience. 
• Experience in selling software and/or knowledge of the Real Estate industry preferred as well as the ability to network within the industry. 
• Knowledge of products, software pricing practices, selling skills, personal computers and various software application skills is helpful.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to conduct comprehensive audits related to IT general controls, application controls, information security, and business functions.
• Address client and internal inquiries regarding compliance, privacy, and security matters, providing expert guidance and solutions.
• Maintain and enhance MRI's risk register by creating, updating, and assessing entries to ensure accurate documentation of potential risks and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Professional experience and familiarity with specifically ISO 27001, while ISO 9001, SOC 1, SOC 2, and other auditing standards are also plusses.
• Professional experience and familiarity with one or more: NIST, CIS, SANS, ISO, CES, FedRAMP, and other cybersecurity frameworks.
• Working knowledge of major international, national, and state level security and privacy regulations, practices, and standards.
• Solid technical background with an applied understanding of common types of security risks and mitigation strategies.
• Experience with vendor risk management and performing security risk reviews.
• Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams across different time zones.

• This person will be responsible for meeting deadlines around billing in order to assist in the closing of monthly books for financial statement preparation.
• Process all billing opportunities related to assigned MRI Software business verticals
• Gain an understanding of end-to-end revenue impact of respective billing, and credits, including all deferred revenue implications
• Identify, track, and resolve potential billing issues
• Work with the Legal department to understand all contracts and order documents as they relate to fee schedules and client billing
• Work with the Sales department to accommodate client requests
• Research and resolve client disputes and escalate the issues to the right internal contacts/departments.
• Manage and maintain client information within the billing system to ensure proper delivery of invoices
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes and procedures.
