Partner with other members of the GDO team to support the development and delivery of key projects in service of the broader Global Delivery organization.
Provide ongoing operational support to Global Delivery teams (Professional Services, Managed Services, Client Support, and Client Success).
Analyze operational and financial data.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of user and procedural documentation.
Support reporting development requirements of Global Delivery organizations.
Assist in the maintenance and continuous improvement of Global Services’ systems such as OpenAir and Salesforce.
Support the integration of newly acquired companies through the effective migration of their key business processes into MRI’s standard operating procedures and systems.
Assist in defining the process and timeline for integrating the Professional Services, Managed Services, Client Support, and Client Success departments of newly acquired companies. With a focus on efficiency, timeliness, and clarifying scope to eliminate duplication of effort.
Facilitate regular meetings and cross-team plan reviews while serving as a point for escalation to ensure a successful integration.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
Can work effectively in cross functional teams.
Responsive to the needs of our customers.
Self-motivated and energetic.
Capable multi-tasking.
Comfortable working across multiple time zones, including APAC and EMEA.
Additional desired skills include:
Familiarity with Oracle OpenAir, Salesforce.com, and Power BI.
