    Job Description

    • Our client, a well-established construction contractor, is looking for an experienced Site Agent to join their team in Cape Town
    • This role involves managing small to medium-sized building contracts (R50m–R300m) and contributing to sub-sections of larger contracts valued at R300m and above

    Minimum Requirements:

    • BTech in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or a BSc degree in Construction Management
    • Atleast 5 years of building construction experience — ideally with exposure to large-scale projects
    • Proven track record managing site teams, subcontractors, and complex construction programmes

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing all infection prevention and control activities within the hospital, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and promoting a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
