Our client, a well-established construction contractor, is looking for an experienced Site Agent to join their team in Cape Town
This role involves managing small to medium-sized building contracts (R50m–R300m) and contributing to sub-sections of larger contracts valued at R300m and above
Minimum Requirements:
BTech in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or a BSc degree in Construction Management
Atleast 5 years of building construction experience — ideally with exposure to large-scale projects
Proven track record managing site teams, subcontractors, and complex construction programmes
Strong command of construction contracts and their practical administration
Sound understanding of construction costs, procurement, and quality management
Proficient in relevant construction software; BIM exposure is advantageous
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple competing priorities under pressure
