Requirements:
BEng or BTech in Mechanical Engineering
3 to 5 years of relevant engineering experience — building services industry experience is essential
Perform mechanical building services design across a range of commercial, retail, residential, and industrial projects
Produce engineering calculations, technical specifications, and design documentation
Ability to conduct site inspections and engage confidently with contractors and consultants on site
Exposure to rational fire design will be a distinct advantage
