Educational Requirements:

• Possess a Master's degree in the relevant discipline.(Accounting, Financial Management OR Taxation)
• Exhibit advanced computer literacy.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of lecturing experience in higher education at a tertiary institution.
• Be well-versed in hybrid online and face-to-face learning environments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• As the chosen candidate, you will be responsible for the following:
• Imparting your expertise in Accounting and Taxation to enhance the academic delivery of our Accounting programs.
• Conducting engaging online webinars and face-to-face lectures as required.
• Taking charge of designing, developing, and maintaining teaching and learning materials, both online and web-based.
• Implementing appropriate teaching methods, learning support, and assessment practices.
• Preparing and managing assessments, including setting, marking, and grading, while offering valuable feedback to students.
• Conducting ongoing research and analysis to identify curriculum updates and additions.
• Providing essential information for accreditation processes with quality assurance and professional bodies.
• Ensuring alignment with industry standards and academic relevance through a combination of analysis and hands-on application.
• Periodically reviewing and updating all Accounting, Finance, and Taxation programs to ensure alignment with industry norms and identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensuring the continued relevance of our programs to meet local and international industry expectations and deliver a high-quality student experience.
• Managing and reviewing student academic performance.
• Encouraging engagement with multiple stakeholders to advance our programs.
• Championing our institution's Accounting education offerings within the industry.
• Offering academic support, consultation, and guidance to students as needed.
