An NQF level 7 qualification as recognized by SAQA in Law/LLB;
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in lecturing / formal tutoring in Law environment in academia; Knowledge and understanding of South African higher education systems and regulatory framework, Teaching and Learning theory interventions, Corporate Governance of Justice College Policy Framework and Justice System, Research and Curriculum Development;
Knowledge and understanding of the Public Service statutory frameworks: Financial Management and regulatory framework/guidelines, Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Treasury Regulations, Public Finance Management Act, Government initiatives and decisions; Ability to provide student support services work with and learn more about digitalized academic platforms.
DUTIES : Key Performance Areas:
Facilitate teaching and education for civil and family law programmes;
Facilitate and provide student support in civil and family law programmes;
Facilitate and conduct academic research and development;
Collaborate and maintain partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
