Lecturer in Financial Accounting (Extended Curriculum Programme) - (1667) at University of the Western Cape/Universiteit van Wes-Kaapland

The successful candidate will be appointed in the Department of Accounting and as part of the Extended Curriculum Programme, and will be responsible for the following key performance areas:

• Facilitating learning at undergraduate level, primarily in the area of Financial Accounting.
• Academic administration. 
• Conducting research and publishing.
• Undertake undergraduate and postgraduate supervision
• Undertaking curriculum development and assessment.
• Participating in community engagement and outreach.

Minimum Requirements;

• CA (SA) qualification
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating learning in higher education in the field of Accounting or a related field, preferably at 1st year level

Added advantage;

• Experience teaching on an extended curriculum (foundation) programme
