    Lecturer (P001637)

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Teaching and Learning

    • Teaching modules with the labour relations management (LARM) / human resource management (HRMA) programme on pre-graduate and postgraduate level.

    Research and Innovation

    • Research in the subject field (LARM, HRMA); busy with own PhD; and supervision on honours and master’s level.

    Community Engagement

    • Integrate and align community engagement with core activities (teaching and learning and research) and promote sustainability principles.

    Administration

    • Contribute toward programme administration as requested.

    Minimum requirements

    • A master’s degree (NQF level 9) in labour relations management.
    • A minimum of two (2) years’ teaching experience as a lecturer, development of teaching content, examiner/ moderator.

    ADDED ADVANTAGES & PREFERENCES:

    • Proven research in labour relations management, drafted own PhD proposal.
    • Registered with the South African Board of People Practices.
    • A minimum of two (2) years’ proven practical experience as a labour relations practitioner.
