Minimum requirements
Senior Lecturer

•  A relevant PhD degree;
•  At least three (3) years of working experience in lecturing, research and/or industry in the
• relevant discipline;
•  Evidence of an emerging research publication record in peer-reviewed journals;
•  Evidence of successful supervision of postgraduate students;
•  Evidence of securing research funding or postgraduate scholarship or postgraduate bursary, or
• participation as a team member in a grant or submission of a grant application;
•  Evidence of University service (committee participation and/or course coordination and/or
• course material development), and/or involvement in community engagement programmes.

Lecturer

•  Masters degree in the discipline;
•  Demonstratable ability to teach at a tertiary level;
