We are seeking to employ a well-organized Legal Specialist / Legal Advisor / B-BBEE Project Manager who can exceed all expectations. The ideal candidate should be a a team player as well as an individual performer that is willing to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment

Minimum requirements:

• Relevant LLB or B.Proc, preference will be given to an Admitted Attorney
• Knowledgeable on the B-BBEE Amended Codes would be an advantage
• Experience in the field of B-BBEE legislation and compliance will definitely be an advantage
• Be computer-literate on the Microsoft Office suite 
• Strong administrative and excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills
• The candidate must be able to work under pressure
• Ability to be a strong confident character
• Self-reliance with a high level of integrity and accountability
• Strong sense of integrity and confidentiality
• Must have own reliable transport

Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

• Legal consulting with Corporate Clients on B-BBEE Codes
• Preparing for B-BBEE Verifications
• Continuous developing and assisting clients with implementation of B-BBEE Strategies
• Be accountable for overall work responsibilities
• Following instructions from Management
• Conducting duties in a professional manner
