Legal Counsellor Direct Messaging LCC at LegalWise

You will be responsible for:

• A completed legal degree 
•   Rendering excellent service by assisting Members to be in the best position they can be through professional representation
• Rendering general legal advice
• Consulting with Members telephonically and through written advice via the direct messaging app
• Assisting with ad hoc tasks as and when required.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• A completed legal degree
• Admitted Attorney advantageous
• Internal candidates must be competent on Legal Counsellor Level 1 portfolios of evidence
• Computer Literacy

• Must be proficient in English and at least one other official language.
• Computer literate
• Strong customer care orientation

Other Requirements:

• Must relocate on own cost
• ITC/criminal check will be a requirement

·Applicable Psychometric assessment/s will be a requirement.

• Must have valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
• May be required to work shifts.
• Exceptional writing skills;
• Previous exposure to Social Media platforms advantageous
