Description
- Responsible for the effective and efficient management of corporate legal function, provision of legal advisory services and effective management of legal and contractual risks.
EDUCATION

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- B Com and LLB (or Equivalent)
DESIRED/ PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Admitted Attorney.
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years post admission experience in a commercial/corporate legal role.
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
- Good understanding of the South African regulatory environment, including the National Credit Act, Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, Short Term Insurance Act, Long Term Insurance Act, Financial Sector Regulation Bill, Conduct of Financial Institution Act, Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act and Protection of Personal Information Act.
