We are looking for reliable Tracers to join our new tracing team to locate debtors using internal resources and social media.

Job Description

• Responsibilities
  • Tracing debtors
  • Confirm information of relevant parties
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Serves as a resource/subject matter expert and may provide training to fellow team members

Qualifications

• Matric
• 2+ years’ experience in tracing
• Must have experience working for legal / law firm specialising in legal debt collecting (not beneficiary claims
• Must have experience in using tracing systems CPB, XDS, ITC and the like
• Tracing using social media and other similar sources is beneficial
• Computer literate
