In this role you will be responsible to the Human Resources Manager for the following:

• Lead and manage the entire Human Resource Development function
• Manage and achieve the identified KPI’s for the HRD Department on a consistent basis
• Liaise and communicate with all relevant stakeholders e.g. MQA, external providers, DoL, FET Colleges, Communities and any other related Institutions
• Create and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Monitor training practices and ensure alignment to best practices
• As an expert in all HRD related issues to lead and advise Line Management accordingly
• Participate in project teams and lead projects according to business needs
• Various Internal & External reports
• Maintenance of Quality Management and Sustainable Development systems
• Compliance to the Sustainable Development standards
• Budget management
• People management
• The employee will adhere the company rules, standing instructions, policies and procedures
