    Loan IQ Product Support Specialist

    • Are you a Loan IQ expert with a passion for supporting high-impact financial systems in a fast-paced banking environment?
    • Were looking for a Loan IQ Product Support Specialist to join a leading financial institution and play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance, stability, and user experience of the Loan IQ platform. Youll be working on the frontline of structured lending operations, helping optimise system usage, enable process automation, and support the delivery of complex financial products.

    What You'll Be Responsible For

    • Serve as the go-to expert for Loan IQ and its supporting tech stack, ensuring optimal uptime, performance, and user satisfaction.
    • Provide SME-level support, handle incident management, troubleshoot technical issues, and respond to business queries.
    • Lead user enablement through tailored training, detailed manuals, and proactive knowledge sharing.
    • Partner with business units, technology teams, and project managers to translate strategic goals into operational realities.
    • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimisation and system enhancement opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and control frameworks while contributing to future-state design and implementation.
    • Monitor system performance and report on usage trends, operational risks, and metrics to drive decision-making.
    • Support new implementations and upgrades by contributing to business requirements, test planning, and release coordination.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric / National Senior Certificate (essential)
    • Advanced Diploma or Degree in Technology, Finance, or Operations (preferred)
    • 5+ years' experience using Loan IQ, with at least 2 years in a support/Specialist role
    • Strong understanding of structured lending products and workflows
    • Experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    • Ability to write and manage business requirements and user stories
    • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
    • Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Working knowledge of project management methodologies
