    Logistics/ Export and CSD

    Description

    • Export-sales orders, quotes, export instructions to forwarder and export docs processing, arrange pre-shipment inspections and collections of stock
    • Forwarder invoice processing and workflow processing
    • Maintain export register, export docs register
    • Creating shipment cost
    • Amending shipment cost
    • Send final invoice for payment
    • Manage and order stock
    • Customer payments and overdues
    • Customer statements
    • Sample ordering
    • QNS processing
    • Monthly sales and smog reports

    Requirements

    • Degree in Logistics or equivalent 
    • 5+ years' experience in Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Refinery industries
    • Indepth knowledge of Export-Import rules and regulations with taxation rules and permits.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
