M&A Integration Consultant

Our PwC Deals team has an exciting oppotunity for a post Mergers & Acquisitions Integration Manager who will be responsible for assisting clients in a wide range of business critical opertaional and transformational challenges, driven by M&A activity.

Responsibilities:

• Buy and sell side operational due diligence
• Synergy development and review 
• Carve out and divestment support
• Taking control and 100 day planning
• Mergers & Acquisitions Integration
• Post acquisition performance improvement
• Legal reorganisation support 

Experience and Qualification Requirements:

• BCom degree, MBA or Accounting Degree
• 1 - 3 years relevant experience
• Consulting experience in an internal or external capacity
• Involvement in working on change or integration projects, business improvement engagements and delivering quantifiable benefit to organisations
• Exposure to merger integrations and/or carve outs
• Comfort around high level financial analysis and an understanding of the key business drivers
• Experience in running part or whole transition plans
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Experience of developing internal/ external networks with an ability to quickly develop effective working relationships
• Good verbal & written communications skills
• Ability to manage change projects
• An ability to understand key drivers of a business
• A demonstrated ability to operate on your own initiative
• Comfort and ability around report writing, presenting and facilitating meetings
