Machine Operator l at PepsiCo

Job Overview:

• At Worcester Dried Fruit Plant, the successful candidate will operate manufacturing/production/packaging machinery and equipment according to the SOP and operating guidelines for the intended output and function, while maintaining EHS and QFS standards.
• Conducts and completes all operational machine checks and ensures that optimal functioning and output is achieved.
• Completion of records: traceability, operator checklist, big 4 and cleaning documents.
• Works to achieve production and output targets set to the correct quality standards. 
• Reports on any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns.
• Adherence to all EHS & QFS Standards.  
• Follow SOP for the process engaged in.
• Ensure quality standards and report deviations.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of work area/station.
• Ad hoc Tasks

Qualifications

• Matric/Equivalent Qualification.
• Relevant Experience in Fruit Business would be advantageous.
