Machine Operator - Paarl at The Heineken Company

Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:

• General cellar activities
• Prepare, start and operate equipment and machinery in the cellar
• Clean machinery and equipment
• Ensure effective production safety and housekeeping
• Cellar administration duties
• Work shifts and at times extended hours as and/or when required
• Active participation in TPM activities/duties

The successful candidate must have the following qualification, skills and experience:

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification
• Relevant working experience within a cellar environment (3 - 5 years)
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of safe working procedures
• Knowledge of machines and apparatus
• Knowledge of quality and cellar administration systems
• Be customer focused
• Be a good team player
• Energetic and enjoy a fast paced working environment
• Must be willing and able to work shifts and overtime as and/or when required
• Have reliable transport to and from work
