Maintenance Artisan - Worcester at Rainbow Chicken

Job Advert Summary    
Rainbow Chicken is seeking a Maintenance Artisan to join our Chicken Agric Division. We are looking for a qualified Millwright or Traded Electrician with strong Mechanical and Civil experience to join our team. The candidate will have strong supervisory experience to manage a Workshop team. The role will be based in the Western Cape Worcester.

Minimum Requirements    

• Traded Millwright or Electrician with strong Mechanical and Civil experience
• Minimum 3 years of post-trade FMCG maintenance experience (70 % Electrical / 30 % Mechanical)
• Ability to communicate on all levels and manage a team
• Ability to work systematically.
• Ability to prioritize workload.
• Report writing and analysis.
• Mentoring apprentices.
• Must be able to work required hours and be available on callouts and standby if required
