What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:

• Grade 12
• Drivers’ License
• 2 – 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance supervisor

Advantageous

• 5 years is advantageous

The responsibilities are:

Supervising of Ground Staff            

• Oversee daily duties of ground staff
• Check attendance and time keeping of staff
• Check and supervise work completed

Maintenance of campuses

• Reviews emails and requests for maintenance
• Delegate jobs to ground staff
• Check that jobs are completed correctly
• Perform maintenance as required across all elements required on the Campus

Security support       

• Opens and closes school
• Arms and disarms all alarms
• Deals with any alarms that go off from the control room

Procurement of stock           

• Check stock available
• Purchase required stock post authorization
• Submit slips for reconciliation to bursar
