Job Description    

• Maintenance of Computer maintenance system
• Record keeping of Maintenance Schedules, time keeping records and meeting minutes
• Responsible for administrative function for the IS Engineering support group
• Generate reports on data captured
• Responsible for Engineering purchasing
• To provide an administrative support function to the IS Engineering team, by means of making sure that the maintenance job cards, schedules and all Engineering documentation are captured, controlled and filed accordingly. Perform Engineering maintenance administrative functions as required.

Qualifications & Experience    

• Grade 12 with maths, having or studying towards a formal qualification in administration will be an advantageous
• Computer Literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance environment
• Exposure to maintenance environment, knowledge of plant maintenance administrative systems, vendor administration, HR administrative functions
• Background in SAP, HR and PM
