Maintenance Coordinator (12-month fixed-term) at Hungry Lion

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities and process work assignments.
• Field support calls, chats, emails, and other methods of communication from stores with inquiries. 
• Consult with stores to determine the steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.
• Guide the store through the diagnostic and troubleshooting processes.
• Communicate directly with service providers, vendors, and maintenance contractors to schedule repairs, servicing, preventive maintenance, and other projects.
• Maintain all records and logs daily including ticket/vendor follow-ups.
• Evaluation of quotes from service providers to determine suitability, accuracy and fairness.
• Assist with invoice loading, tracking and approval. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric with similar experience.
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency essential.
• Experience capturing invoices and data capturing and tracking.
• Sage X3 is advantageous.
