Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities and process work assignments.
Field support calls, chats, emails, and other methods of communication from stores with inquiries.
Consult with stores to determine the steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.
Guide the store through the diagnostic and troubleshooting processes.
Communicate directly with service providers, vendors, and maintenance contractors to schedule repairs, servicing, preventive maintenance, and other projects.
Maintain all records and logs daily including ticket/vendor follow-ups.
Evaluation of quotes from service providers to determine suitability, accuracy and fairness.
Assist with invoice loading, tracking and approval.
REQUIREMENTS
Matric with similar experience.
Excel/Google Sheets proficiency essential.
Experience capturing invoices and data capturing and tracking.
