Maintenance Scheduler: Asset Care Centre - ENER19075 at City of Ekurhuleni

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Computer literacy in Windows Microsoft Packages and Computerised Maintenance Management System
• 1 year experience in similar environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and control job cards in the Computerised Maintenance Management System
• Distribute maintenance activity cards, collect back and ensure accuracy and integrity of returned job cards
• Identify follow up maintenance/ repair and refurbishment work required
• Capture, update and manage asset register equipment detailed information
• Identify and resolve queries and problems timeously and report with regard to performance in areas of accountability
• Provide feedback on governance, risk and compliance practices and escalate unresolved matters on appropriate channels for investigation and resolution
• Ensure financial administration delivery process comply with internal control and governance standards and report any deviations
• Provide authoritative, specialist expertise and advice to internal and external customers with regard to Maintenance Planning and Scheduling in the Computerised Maintenance Management System
