    Snr Manager: Change Management: HRES19078

    Minimum Requirements:

    • BTech in Human Resources or relevant equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification
    • 3 - 5 years' experience in a human resource management environment

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Plan, direct and manage the change management functionality through the design, development and alignment of relevant policies, procedures and systems
    • Research and develop strategic and short to medium term plans per set standards, policies and procedures for the change management section and advise Departments to provide an independent facilitating service at Departmental level which add a specialised knowledge and experience in change management functionality

    Snr Electricity Inspector: Energy Revenue Customer Services - ENER19647

    Minimum Requirements:

    • N4 Electrical
    • Qualified Trade Tested Electrician
    • Wiremen’s Licence (3 phase tester)

    • Adhere to specified standards, policies and SOPs to prevent and reduce wastage on financial resources and escalate associated risks
    • Comply with legislation and organisational policy to effectively contribute towards meeting organisational objectives
    • Ensure compliance with the Batho Pele principles, maintain good customer relations and efficient and productive service delivery
