Stores Controller: Energy Workshop & Stores - ENER19222 at City of Ekurhuleni

Minimum Requirements:

• N4 Certificate in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current)
• Computer Literacy
• Valid Code EB driver's licence
• 3 years' experience in similar environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, direct and control the services and operational activities of a store
• Supervise and assist with the collection of material from the main store
• Inspect all tools and equipment issued and received for breakages or failures
• Obtain quotations for the repairs and replacement of tools and equipment
• Ensure adequate stock is available for electrical repairs
• Execute administrative and general duties to promote productivity and service delivery
• Draw up tender specifications for required equipment, tools and services
• Ensure that financial administration processes comply with internal control and governance standard
• Ensure compliance with OHS Act at all times
