Manage and maintain all equipment and facilities, including but not limited to, machinery, office equipment, and physical infrastructure.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the proper functioning and longevity of equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and maintenance services as needed.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment and facilities to identify any issues or potential risks.
Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime and reduce repair costs.
Coordinate and oversee facility improvement projects, including renovations, expansions, or relocations.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, identifying and addressing any potential hazards or non-compliant practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to equipment and facility management, implementing new technologies or processes as appropriate.
Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors
Ensuring employee and facility safety and lead 5S Strategy across the site.
Drafting maintenance reports.
Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
Responsible for Budget control and Facilities CAPEX and OPEX.
Formulate preventative Maintenance plan.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering OR/.
N6 with Trade Test (Millwright, Fitter, Electrician).
5 Years Experience in Maintenance (Facilities or Equipment Maintenance).
1-2 years Experience in Managerial/Leadership Role.
Computer Literacy - (Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS software).
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to equipment and facility management.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as necessary.
