Maintenance Shift Leader - Pretoria at MA Automotive Tool & Die (Pty) Ltd

Key Performance Areas:

• Ability to read and understand Hydraulic/Pneumatic drawings

• Cross train subordinates & give support where and when required

Knowledge required:

• PLC Programming (Siemens S5, S7, Festo, Omron)
• CNC (Indramat, Fidia, Fanuc)
• Robotics (Kuka, ABB, Motoman, Phillips, AEC)
• AC/DC/Servo Drives experience
• Industrial communications networks
• Fault finding and Press machinery repair
• Manufacturing processes
• Basic understanding of quality systems
• SCADA/HMI experience (Win CC, Wounderware Intouch, Xenon, Wincatext, Win Flex)

Minimum Requirements:

• N6 / National Diploma with 5-10 years’ experience in automation/instrumentation field within the automotive environment
• T3/S4 Diploma will be an advantage
• 5 years as a technician in the electrical field, especially in automation (hydraulics and general maintenance/projects)
