Our client is excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated individual to join their 2024 Graduate Program. In this role, you'll report directly to the Senior Manager of the Service Desk, where you’ll gain hands-on experience and receive personalised mentorship.
You’ll play a pivotal role in Major Incident Management, assessing critical situations, coordinating teams, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.
As the first point of contact for system-generated events, you'll be at the heart of managing incidents across diverse systems and environments.
This 12-month contract provides a flexible schedule, including the possibility of weekend and holiday shifts, with the opportunity to work from their Cape Town office at least three days a week.

What you will be doing:
Play a key role in Major Incident Management by assessing situations, coordinating teams, updating stakeholders, and helping resolve critical issues during major incidents.
Be the first point of contact for system-generated events, managing incidents across a wide range of systems and environments.
