    Managed Services Intern

    About the Role:

    • As a Managed Services Intern, you will be responsible for executing platform configuration requests to support our customers in getting the most value from our platform. This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone eager to develop expertise in data structuring, platform workflows, and customer success operations.

    What you’ll do:

    • Configure and manage dashboard setups, search creation, alert management, and other platform requests.
    • Execute standard Managed Services tasks with increasing independence.
    • Ensure high-quality data structuring to improve platform accuracy and efficiency.
    • Collaborate closely with Customer Success (CS) and Premium Support teams to address customer needs via a ticketing system.
    • Learn and apply best practices in data organization and customer workflows.
    • Work under guidance from senior team members, progressively developing technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

    What you’ll bring:

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
    • Interest in solving customer challenges or request within the capabilities our product suite
    • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and work efficiently in a structured environment.
    • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
    • Basic familiarity with SaaS platforms, digital tools, or ticketing systems is a plus.
    • Fluency in one other languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Finnish, or German is a strong advantage, enabling smooth communication with our diverse customer base across different regions.
