Management Accountant - ICH Group and Zonnebloem at Glencore

Job Description
The succesful candidate will be responsible  for managing the complete capital accounting function for Group Services - ICH Group and Zonnebloem and to ensure sound corporate governance practices are adhered to.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the cost accounting system for ICH Group and Zonnebloem.
• Providing accurate, timeous and relevant cost information to management to enable them to make informative decisions.
• Tracking and reporting on key business drivers.
• Compiling the operational budget and Life of Mine cost models.
• Managing the capital accounting for Group Services - ICH Group and Zonnebloem
• Completing month end reporting, forecasting and cost analysis.
• Compiling general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Adhering to sound internal controls, systems, company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A relevant degree in Finance.

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum 75% completions of the Graduate Trainee Program OR minimum 2 years’ experience at C-Upper level.
• SAP experience.
• Hyperion experience will be advantageous.
