Key Responsibilities

• Assist in financial and management reporting, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and meaningfully.
• Support cost accounting processes-understanding cost structures, allocations, and their implications for the business.
• Translate financial data into business insights, helping management make informed decisions.
• Ensure transactions are categorized correctly and formatted in a way that is useful for reporting.
• Work with stakeholders to understand how different departments view and utilize financial information.

Key Requirements

• Honours degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Understanding of Cost Accounting-practical experience is not required, but a strong grasp of the concept is essential.
• Knowledge of Financial Accounting principles, ensuring transactions are correctly recorded and reported.
• Interest in Management Accounting, with the ability to analyze financial data and create meaningful insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
