Management Assistant Trainee at Ekurhuleni West TVET College

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing of office (assisting in all administration tasks);
• Dealing with telephone calls, making and receiving;
• Co-ordination of diaries, reception of visitors;
• Information processing (memoranda, routine letters, email, voice mail, internet minutes, etc);
• Filing of documentation and records;
• Serving of refreshments as required, and at events;
• Meetings and other events:
• Arrange time, date, venue, and other requirements;
• Preparing agenda, relevant documentation, and the receiving thereof;
• Organising and serving refreshments;
• Taking minutes, typing, and distribution.

Minimum Requirements

• A National Senior Certificate (Matric) / NC(V) Level 4;
• Management Assistant N6 Certificate.
