    Manager - AI Employee Experience

    Job Description

    Mission

    • The Manager - AI Employee Experience will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing AI-driven solutions, that seamlessly integrate into processes and systems, tailored to meet the evolving needs of employees with a focus improving employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction and enabling a more connected and efficient workforce
    • The role will also drive the design of AI solutions that prioritize user-centricity, ensuring that products and tools are use-friendly, intuitive, and tailored to employee needs. By leveraging advanced AI, the role will contribute to transforming the employee lifecycle in alignment with organizational objectives
    • Additionally, the Manager - AI Employee Experience will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI technologies that are scalable, efficient, and meet the needs of a modern, evolving workplace while maintaining a strong focus on employee satisfaction and growth

    Responsibilities
    The Manager – AI Employee Experience will be responsible for the following:

    • Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven employee experience strategies, ensuring alignment with MTN goals and business priorities to create a seamless and intuitive user experience
    • Design and oversee deployment of AI-powered initiatives that enhance employee interactions, ensuring digital solutions are intuitive, accessible, and drive meaningful engagement while reducing administrative overhead for HR teams
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into HR processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness
    • Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI use in HR, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and corporate governance standards while maintaining employee trust.
    • Work closely with UI/UX team and other relevant stakeholders to ensure AI tools and interfaces are user-friendly, intuitive, and employee-centric, supporting overall productivity and employee satisfaction
    • Partner with technology vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize AI-enabled HR service delivery, ensuring scalability and seamless system integration
    • Optimize HR workflow automation using AI and intelligent process automation, reducing repetitive tasks and enabling HR professionals to focus on strategic initiatives and employee support
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of AI-driven employee experience initiatives, regularly assessing impact and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of AI-driven employee experience solutions and implement continuous improvements based on real-time data, feedback, and analytics
    • Work closely with IT stakeholders teams to maintain robust AI data security frameworks, ensuring employee information is protected against breaches and misuse
    • Define and implement AI governance models that provide strategic oversight, ensuring AI solutions enhance employee experiences while maintaining compliance and ethical AI practices
    • Stay abreast with AI emerging trends in employee experience identifying innovative technologies and integrating them into the organizational ecosystem to enhance workforce engagement and efficiency
    • Evaluate and monitor investments in AI-powered HR technologies, ensuring tools align with business goals, enhance employee experience, and deliver measurable ROI

    Qualifications
    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field 
    • Certification in AI, Data Science, or related fields (preferred)

    Experience:

    • 4+ years of experience in AI, HR technology, or employee experience management, with at least 2 years In employee experience transformation
    • Proven track record in implementing AI solutions that enhance user experience, streamline HR processes, and improve employee engagement
    • Familiarity with AI-based platforms, tools, and technologies used in HR management, employee engagement, and organizational productivity
    • Proven experience in developing AI-driven automation, chatbots, and analytics for HR functions
    • Experience in deploying AI-driven solutions for across the employee lifecycle
