A postgraduate degree or CA(SA) would be preferred
8 years or more relevant experience with proven management experience at a senior level
Experience in an auditing environment is required
Experience in organisational performance management in local government would be advantageous
Key Performance Areas
Managing and leading the oversight and compliance of the City’s scorecards and regulatory performance management processes
Facilitate the process of oversight and compliance to ensure stakeholder buy-in.
Strengthen the City’s evidence-based performance to meet legislative and audit requirements across corporate, legislative, and municipal entity scorecards.
Manage the quality review, verifications and oversight process of performance management information
Managing and coordinate successful liaison between the City, the Office of the Auditor General and the Internal Audit Department
